It is adjacent to Victoria bus terminal and these facilities together with the extensive road links mean that the Apollo Victoria is one of the most accessible venues in the West End.

The theatre is on main bus routes that run through Victoria, Pimlico, Chelsea and Sloane Square and include 2,11,16,24,36,38,44,52,73,82,148,170,185,211,436,507, C1, C2, and C10.
